Unique, innovating visaual communications project seeks joint venture

Dear sir/Madame,
I am a 48 year old Englishman living and working in Millau, south of France. Since two and a half years, I have been working on a completely unique and innovating project, in the visual communications sector, designated at the mass international public, from all walks of life and for all ages, for work or play. This project will have a very, very big impact on the way we all communicate throughout the world, as the W.L.C. will bring the world together in a perfect visual harmony. The W.L.C. will in the beginning of 2006 open four boutiques, linking together, visually four capitals, as well as its many installations external. (Preview in the expansions program.) This adventure will bring very much interest throughout the world from the concerned sectors, and press, as it creates a completely new and unexplored field. A field that financially can only bring in more and more profits, as the chain will enlarge environ every four months, hence bringing in more and more customers and offering more and more unique services. I have already four of the major characters, to play each a part in this project, a P.D.G. of a computer making company an engineer that has worked for Mr Gates, for five years, between, London, Paris and New York, a company for the complex cabling, of these Boutiques. And last but not least, a developer, for writing and creating the control and security disks for the chain.
I am now looking for a joint venture to finish the financial projections, (As there are many sources of revenue, as well as many negotiations to take into count, as for example with Yahoo, goggle and many other big companies. Knokia, Samsung etc.) Also this investor must be able to undertake all the management and financial aspects of this project. I will state from the beginning that the company or individual, must have experience in the international communications field or have very useful links. I have already had five financing offers and this does not interest me at all on its own. i am looking for active as well as financial partners. People whom wish to make a name, by being completely implicated in this project, as well as wishing to make very much money. if this adventure interests you, i rest at your disposition for any details needed.
