Innovating Invention... Product with big international market

Dear Sir or Madame,
Please excuse my writing in English but my written French leaves a little to be desired... However I speak very, very good French and live in Millau, Aveyron since many years. I have an invention that is protected by the soleau envelope and have serious contact with a person at O.S.E.O. who is now waiting for me, to make two prototypes of this invention to take there and after which, he will help me and my to be associate, to find the finance and the international contacts to market and sell this innovating and useful product. I cannot of course explain too much about my invention but I can say that, it will be used for keeping people cool in hot and sunny weather and hot countries throughout the world. It has also very useful medical reasons to be exploited. This product is for all, Hotel complexes, old peoples homes, on boats, or for in the garden. As it is portable, it can be taken and used anywhere, from campings to beaches, etc. It is completely ecologic and as it comes in three parts, each part can be replaced individually, if worn out or broken... It can be sold in supermarkets or anywhere else.
I have had many people interested and have already been offered finance for this invention, but until now, I have refused all, as I have not yet found the right person that I am looking for. The reason for this is that, I need a person with time, as well as money to spend, so as to take on and be able to share at 100% the whole affair.... Meaning the financing of the prototypes, the visits to O.S.E.O. The international brevet, The creation of the company that will make and distribute this product on an international basis, (Or the negotiations with a big company like 'lafuma" for the exploitation rights.) and the many other things concerning the making and marketing, that I have not enough experience myself to do alone. The type of person I am looking for is a P.D.G. retreated, that has time and experience to help and a small amount of finance to begin and carry the project to the auto-functioning stage.... This would of course be decided jointly and by contract. For the right person I am willing to seed a very large and interesting part of the project including the rights to exploit the brevet and any other terms jointly decided.
