: Im finding many USD providers asking for POF outside the Bank to Bank type transaction but arent prepared in also sending POF as well.

: As im sure you would agree,going Bank to Bank Ledger to Ledger And allowing the Bank officers in this transaction to verify funds is the only way assuring that both providers do have the funds without having there Tear sheets or Banking Docs floating the Internet shopping around for a USD provider.

: If you have any  real sources for a USD provider who would consider a Ledger to Ledger or a Mt103 swift type transaction I would be greatful.
