Many own undeveloped land and would like to borrow on the land. In the current environment, many lending sources will not make loans on raw, undeveloped land. Our alternative lending sources have much expertise in the evaluation and financing of raw, undeveloped land. Our funding sources will only finance land for RESIDENTIAL SUB-DIVISION, COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL development purposes. They DO NOT finance land purchases or re-financings where the land is to be used for the construction of a PERSONAL RESIDENCE or for any other non-commercial use. MINIMUM LOAN REQUEST AMOUNT FOR RAW LAND LOANS OR LAND DEVELOPMENT LOANS - $650,000 minimum. For loans secured by land the "As is" value of the land should be twice the minimum loan amount. Anyone interested should respond with basic information regarding the land and should include their name, phone number and they MUST be the actual principal and not a broker, representative or consultant.
