: Attached is the doc's need for any client to lease an instrument. In summary here is what the facilitator needs to proceed plus the doc I have attached for the clients you have requested leased instruments:

: 1)The Client send CIS + POF for the Payment of the 1% as Issuing Fees
: 2)Facilitator sends to the Client the following Codes for be verified and authenticated in Screen: INTERBANK ISIN, CUSIP AND ACCESS CODE with all the dates, Issuance, Maturity and Validity
: 3)When the Client cheks in Screen the Codes and see that a Bank Guarantee, Proof of Funds, ....., is already issued in his name he must transfer to the Facilitator the 1%
: 4)After the reception of the 1% facilitator will send immediately to the Bank of the Client a SWIFT MT 760 with the issuance of the INSTRUMENT
: 5)and from the day and time in which the SWIFT is sended the Client has a period of 10 International Banking days for transfer facilitator the 14% as Leasing Fee
